PARTOF. manages the sales of internet, TV and phone subscriptionsfor Odido. They do this through a combination of telemarketing and fieldsales. Every day, dozens to hundreds of subscriptions are sold. It’s an intensive process where speed, reliability and oversight are crucial.
Every successful deal is followed by an essential administrative process: the order needs to be accurately entered into Odido’s system. Until recently, this was a manual task, transferring orders from Salesdock to Odido’s ordersystem.
PARTOF. wanted a solution that would not only automate the entire process but also adapt seamlessly as their sales operations evolve. Manual entry of these orders, which took an average of 3.5 minutes per order, was both time-consuming and error-prone. With high volumes, this led to delays and the risk of incomplete processing.

Microsoft Power Automate for the automated workflow
WEM, a no-code platform where we built a user-friendly portal
In this portal, an automatic overview of all incoming orders is generated through an API connection with Salesdock. Each order is then passed from the portal to a flow in Power Automate, where a robot takes over. This robot logs into Odido’s system and automatically enters the order, just like a human employee would – but faster and without errors.
Once an order is successfully processed, Power Automate sends a status update and the assigned order number back to the portal in real time. This ensures that PARTOF.’s team always has full visibility of the status of their orders.

The automated order processing has led to a significant optimization of PARTOF.’s daily workflow. Since going live, over 20,000 orders have been successfully processed by the robot. While a human employee previously needed an average of 3.5 minutes to manually enter an order into Odido’s system, the robot now completes this in just 2.14 minutes – a time savings of more than 1.3 minutes per order.
With hundreds of orders processed each week, this translates to a substantial time saving of several dozen hours per month, now freed up for more value-added tasks like customer interaction, quality control, and strategy development.
In addition to the time savings, accuracy has significantly improved. The risk of human errors during data entry – such as incorrect customer details or incomplete orders – has been virtually eliminated. As a result, there is less need for corrections, and the number of error messages in Odido’s system has been minimized.
The portal also provides PARTOF.’s team with real-time visibility into the status of all orders. Every order number, error message, and successful processing is instantly visible. This transparency ensures peace of mind, clarity, and control – without the need for anyone to manually check if orders have been processed correctly.
