Personal data is only used for the purposes stated above. For other purposes we ask for your explicit consent.
SOWEDO may act as a processor for clients within the meaning of the GDPR. In that case we process personal data solely in the context of an assignment and we record the arrangements in a data processing agreement. Personal data is not provided to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so.
SOWEDO, together with any processors, ensures appropriate organisational and technical security of personal data. This means data is only accessible to authorised persons and is used solely for the purposes and on the basis for which it was obtained. SOWEDO ensures that personal data is processed and managed exclusively within Europe.
The risks are set out in our procedures and processes, which are safeguarded on the basis of the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards. These standards are assessed annually through internal and external audits. Certificates and reports are available for inspection on request.
When you send us email or other messages, we may keep those messages. We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the stated purposes; the retention period depends on the purpose. As soon as your data is no longer needed, it is anonymised or deleted. The data is stored on secure servers of SOWEDO or of a third party.

SOWEDO only provides personal data to third parties where this is permitted and done carefully, for example with your consent or where this is permitted under applicable law.
