What you'll do

You build complete web applications for clients, from database to screen. With AI that goes as fast as no-code or faster. You design, direct the AI, review the code and make sure it is secure and maintainable.

Custom applications that carry a client’s core process, such as portals, planning and order processing
Integrations via APIs with the client’s ERP, CRM and other systems
AI agents that read emails, PDFs and forms and take over work in those applications
Testing, securing and deploying on Azure, so it runs as real production software

What you bring

You already build applications with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor or Copilot and know how to direct them
You know the basics of web development: TypeScript or Python, databases, APIs and Git
You read AI code critically: you see what goes wrong and fix it
You think along about the client’s process, not just about the code
A few years of experience as a developer, or a strong portfolio of your own projects

A typical week

60% building applications and agents with AI
20% testing and reviewing code
10% sparring with clients and architects
10% sharing knowledge: demos and pair programming

You work with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, VS Code, GitHub and Azure. For some clients we also build on no-code platforms such as WEM.
